Je viens par la présente vous exprimer ce dont l'objet est mis à la marge. En effet, depuis un certain moment j'ai été en contact d'un numéro avec un code du Bénin (+229********) d'une dame qui m'appelle sur vidéo.
Malheureusement, j'ai découvert que cette dame devient un homme quand il cause avec moi actuellement et veut me publier sur des réseaux sociaux sur un site pornographique. C'est dans ce cadre que je sollicite votre intervention pour le dénicher et le transférer aux instances compétentes pour qu'il cesse ce genre d'entreprise de nuire à la personnalité des autres. J'ai déjà alerté les réseaux sociaux sur ce numéro et j'ai envoyé un mail au ministère des affaires étrangères du Bénin pour ce numéro qui devient un danger permanent à ma personnalité. Je suis vraiment menacé par ce numéro.

About two weeks ago I noticed that I can't access my account anymore. After I insert the password I am asked about a verification code that should be sent to my email connected to the account.
I am not getting any code in my email. I tried to reset the password but without success. I contacted the support multiple times and everyone is forwarding my email to another department and the issue has not been resolved for more than two weeks now.
I told them that I wanted my money back because I couldn't use the service and no one was replying to me. There is no phone number for the support, therefore there is no support to contact.

When paying for the yearly subscription, the wrong card was used. I was trying to refund that credit card and pay with the correct one.

Last night I tried to buy a movie and you guys charged me twice. Since I was using Safari, when I was trying to purchase the movie, I decided to download the app in the app still wouldnt let me watch what I had purchased.
I sent a complaint to you guys about the issue and I still havent heard anything back so I decide to call your number But for some ridiculously odd reason your number is not working. I would like simply one of two things, either the money I paid, returned to me from the second charge, and me able to watch the movie or you can simply just give me all of my money back.
Preferred solution: I paid twice to watch a low budget film, but I am still not able to watch the movie. I would like either a full refund or half of the money I spent back and able to finally watch the movie.

I never could get anyone on the phone to talk to so yes Im pissed. I canceled my service march 31st the same day I signed up but was still charged.
Im a disabled veteran that now has 20 dollars in my account until I get my refund. I cant live on 20 dollars.
Now my phone number is (205) 242-**** if youd like to call me. I wouldnt recommend anyone to your service.

Impossible to contact a human for customer service
I was charged three times for a total of $35, and it kept saying my "card was declined", even though it was charging my card every single time. I never received access to my video although I paid three times.
Then once my money was gone, it is impossible to speak with an actual human.
The bot just send you to Vimeo's customer service email, which is never responded to. Say goodbye to your money and interacting with a human being!

First i wasnt able to watch them on my smart tv, now i cant find them in my account or anywhere on the website! I was signed in as well

VIMEO cheated Me
VIMEO owns the Criterion Channel (movie streaming).
I started a FREE one-week trial membership.
The movies didn't actually play. I couldn't make it work with Chrome or Edge.
I used their support email to ask for help.
Only got a useless automated email: They'd get back to me ASAP. That never happened.
BUT their email suggested I ask for an extension of the 1-week trial.
I asked for an extension. THAT never happened either. On Day #8, VIMEO charged my card $99.99 for a WHOLE YEAR'S WORTH.
I filed a dispute with my bank.
VIMEO sent another ridiculous email: use this link to request a refund.
The link DIDN'T lead to any way to request anything. Total crooks.
